This is a fun 1920s evening gown with a shoulder train. If you would like this 20s dress longer let us know, we can customize the length. This 1920s vintage-inspired dress is made with a combination of black chiffon and black satin. The satin is rather soft and drapes very well.

DRESS DESIGN

The style is loose fitting with almost a straight bodice. The dress features a boat neckline, a shoulder train and two-layered skirt with the top one a little ruffled and going longer at the back. The bottom layer has an interesting construction, where the front skirt is made of two panels intersecting in the middle. The whole outer dress (shell) is made of satin, except the bottom layer skirt and the shoulder train, which are made of chiffon.

The dress is drop-waisted, sleeveless and fully lined with soft breathable rayon fabric, has no zipper, and can be slipped on through the head. Thanks to its loose-fitting design. Professionally and neatly hand-crafted with great attention to small details.

The dress length is a couple of inches below the knee or depending on your height. Check length details below for each size. If you would like it to be tea or floor length let us know, we can customize it for you. Please note that because of its drop waist, the dress will look less flattering or less correct if you are a lot shorter or taller than the person’s height recommended for each size. In that case, we recommend ordering a custom size. There are no extra charges for the customization. Contact us for this.

CARE

Hand wash in a washing bag using cool water (30C) and mild detergent. Hang to dry and iron with low heat using a piece of cloth to cover the dress while pressing.
